Pickup
Your local English-speaking Guide will meet you right at your Hotel in Lucerne at 7:45 am.
Staying outside of Lucerne? No problem! Simply meet your guide at the iconic Torbogen (the Arch Monument) just outside Lucerne’s main train station — easy to find and centrally located.

Day's Overview
Together with your Guide, you take the train to Engelberg at 8:10 a.m., arriving at 8:53 a.m.
From there, you take a 4 km/2.5-mile hike (approximately 2.5 h) to Brunnihütte 1,860 m / 6,000 ft. For those looking for a more leisurely ascent, there’s also the option to take the gondola (not included). Your pilot is waiting for you at the hut.
Before starting, the pilot gives you a short training explaining the process of starting and flying in detail. You can ask any questions you may have about the flight, safety, and landing.
