Prices are displayed per person in USD including VAT and service fees.
No hidden fees.
Meeting point and time is always shown in the details of the experience.
For experiences that can be booked in multiple destination, your meeting point will be communicated after the booking.
You will receive the contacts of your guide few days before departure. If you have questions you can always chat with us.
Bookings
- Go to the Tour page on the website, then click the “Book Now” button.
- Select the Date you wish to take the tour in the Date Box.
- Input the number of participants: adults & children.
- Proceed by clicking the “Book” button.
- If you qualify for Swiss Pass or Half-Card tax – Select one or Select “No Card or Pass”.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Now you can pay with your Credit Card.
- Once the payment has been processed, a written confirmation will be sent to you and the bookings become binding.
Yes. As soon as your booking is accepted you will receive a confirmation via e-mail with all details summarized in it.
In order to process Credit Card payments, you need to provide your information. We do not handle Credit Card information nor shall we use your information outside the sole scope to provide you the services you requested for.
Yes, a cancellation of a booking is always possible.
Cancellations must be communicated via email at operations@my-mountains.com
Depending on the time of the cancellation a cancellation fee may occur.

Payments
- We accept major Credit Card providers such as Visa (credit and debit-card), MasterCard (credit and debit-card). Depending on your country other cards may be accepted.
- Wire transfers.
- For some activities we also accept TWINT.
Yes. Our online payment systems use the highest data security and encryption standards. We do not store any credit card details itself. The payment process is fully processed by an external payment service Provider.
